Details of Our Services With Inclusions

Venue rental:

Price: $2,450.00

Includes the use of Mountain Oaks Manor building and grounds for up to 8 hours (additional hours may be purchased). Has space for up to 150 guests. 

Types of ceremony options:

Indoor wedding chapel

• Fully decorated
• White chairs 
• Up to 150 guests
• Wedding planner and coordinator provided

Outdoor garden:

• Fully decorated
• White garden chairs provided
• Up to 150 guests
• Wedding planner and coordinator provided

Choice of venues: the outdoor garden or the manor.

In case of inclement weather, we move outdoor weddings to our indoor chapel and discounts for the following services will be given: minister, flowers (fresh or silk), DJ service, photography, videography, catering, and cakes. 

Reception options:

Indoor dining rooms:

The historic courthouse has been completely decorated in antique Victorian finery for your reception. Tables, chairs and linens provided. You can opt for the tea rooms or the venue.

Outside patio:

Complete with wrought iron tables and chairs, a bubbling fountain and arbors illuminated with globe lights in the evening with the stunning White Oak mountains in the background. Furnished with tables and chairs.

Other services:

On-site catering provided by us is essential for any event hosted at our venue. All other services can be of your choice and vendor.

Micro Wedding - $1,950 4 hour banquet room rental

"I Do's" only - $900 2 hour banquet room rental
